Fantastic tactical machine gun with Fleming four position ambidextrous selector sear pack with tab and slot front attachment and push-pin rear attachment on DF89K host gun serial number CC1-00048. Vertical fore grip and folding composite buttstock with two pin retaining system top and bottom at rear. Push button and thumb latch magazine retaining catch. Four magazines are included with this lot. Top of receiver serial number is the only visible serial number. Birdcage flash-hider attached at muzzle. Buttstock marked "Choate Tool Corp". Current registration form indicates caliber 9mm with "Additional configuration calibers .223 and .308" in block 4H. Overall appearance and finish extremely fine to very fine. Original black hard coat finish on all metal parts with hard composite fore grip, hang grip and buttstock assembly. Only loss of finish appears to be where charging handle contacts the receiver slot. Two of the magazines have label tape or label tape residue which would easily clean up. Mechanics are crisp, bore is very fine, shiny and bright. As a tactical machine gun this one is hard to beat. Handy with four position selector and folding stock. The sear pack can be moved from gun to gun. Pretty much impossible to upgrade. A great find! THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THIS ITEM IS FULLY TRANSFERABLE ON AN ATF FORM 3 OR 4.
