One is the series of World War I participants googlies, this is a closed mouth, smiling doll with side glancing blue glass eyes, molded Uncle Sam type hat, incised "Dep. Elite U.S.A" at the back of the neck socket. This was made by Hertel & Schwab for Max Handwerck and represents the american side in WWI, along with countries such as Japan, Francs, and Turkey. He is dressed on red and white striped pants, a black felt coat with long tails, with blue-trimmed wide collar. He does not have any shoes.
Condition: (Very Good).
