A petite countertop trade stimulator with beautiful ornate cast iron cabinet, upper marquee, and rotating wooden base. With five flip card reels that players would spin in order to win free cigars. This device features an older restoration with replacement reel cards and paper. In nice working condition. Circa 1894. One key is provided.
