1940 manufacture and dated, this is a standard Code 42 German Luger chambered for the 9mm cartridge with a 4" barrel, blued finish, and checkered walnut grips. This standard Mauser was made for the German military in the early part of World War II. It has all matching numbers, an excellent bore, perfect action, and very good unnumbered grips. Grips straps have thinned. There is holster wear at the end of the muzzle, on the convex swell of the trigger plate, and high edge of rail. Waffenamt on right side. Overall 85% original blue still remains. Magazine has the aluminum bottom, is stamped "122" with Waffenamt, and has a matching serial number. Extremely clean all original early war Luger.
