This blunderbuss has a flared two-stage barrel. The convex lock is marked "MARWOOD" at the tail and marked in the center with East India Company's heart marked "EVI" with a 4 above the heart. Below the heart is the date 1806. Reinforced cock. Iron triggerguard, sideplate and buttplate. Iron sling swivels. Walnut stock with checkered wrist. CONDITION: Iron components have a mostly grey patina. Original flint. Stock shows wear and marks from use. Some murky areas under finish on stock.
