(A) ETHAN ALLEN SIDEHAMMER .22 REVOLVER

Approximately 1500 of these seven shot spur trigger single action revolvers were made from 1858 through 1863. The Ethan Allen legend is shown on the left side of the octagon barrel. It is nickel plated and has the rosewood bird head grips. CONDITION: Very good. The frame and cylinder retain about 50% nickel plating. Barrel is grey patina. Grips are fine and the legends are strong. Mechanically sound but rifling is almost gone.
