Lot consists of: Two nice US Navy Flare guns. Gun (A) Mk III manufactured by Remington featuring a blued barrel with address on top, brass frame, spur trigger, "USN" marked on right side of frame, walnut grips. Stamped "Brooklyn Navy Yard". This pistol was used by the US Navy prior to World War I and used by the Army during World War I. Remington produced 20460. CONDITION: Fine working condition. Gun (B) US Navy Yard Mk II, a very early turn of the century Navy used pistol, nearly identical to the Mk III in terms of construction and finish.
