Lot consists of (A) "TRYON" marked back action locked side by side muzzleloading percussion shotgun. Laminated steel barrels with concave rib. Walnut checkered wood stock with German silver hardware, including small flip lid compartment for pick or caps. CONDITION: Solid original gun with good mechanics and aged patina finish. (B) E.K. Tryon marked back action locked percussion muzzleloading shotgun with laminated steel barrels, marked "E.K. Tryon, Philadelphia". Checkered walnut stock with German silver hardware including repair by triggers. CONDITION: Cleaned finish with good mechanics and old stock repair. (C) Remington Model 1889 hammer shotgun marked on Damascus steel barrels "TEXAS STATE PRISON 23". Walnut wood stock with steel buttplate and latch release splinter forearm. CONDITION: Poor condition with loose action and some trigger problems. Replaced buttstock with rough overall finish. From the Robert Sadler Collection.
