Dating from 1873-1882. This rifle has all the features of a No.10 to include the mid range tang sight, the folding Beech front sight, special order 26" octagon to round barrel, two leaf folding rear sight, special order nickel plated frame, lever and butt plate, fire blue trigger with the hand checkered walnut stock. The screws are all finished in the bright niter blue. CONDITION: Excellent. This beautiful rifle retains nearly all of the blue finish on barrel with light handling marks. All nickel plated surfaces retain at least 95% finish with a few age freckles. Most of the screws retain generous blue. Stock is excellent with sharp checkering and nominal impressions. Mechanically sound. Bore is bright. This is a very crisp, scarce and high condition special order Model 10.
