Case colored frame with rust blue finished round barrel with nickel silver blade front sight and Lawrence pellet prime marked folding carbine rear sight. Oil finished walnut stocks with case colored steel buttplate. Many were converted post war to cartridge use by the US Government as well as private commercial companies for post-War use. CONDITION: Extremely fine with an abundance of vivid case colors on frame and lock plate. Barrel retains most all of its blue finish. Action operates properly and locks solidly, bore is brilliant, bright and sharp. Wood is excellent with some light period of use impressions. Mechanically excellent.
