Made in 1910 by the A.H. Fox Gun Co. in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This lot has Krupp fluid steel barrels with engraved case hardened boxlock action and is in C Grade configuration. Gun has double triggers and extractors, figured walnut checkered round knob pistol grip stock, original Bakelite buttplate, and full checkered splinter forearm with latch release. Engraving consists of birds in circle on sides with pointing dog in circle on bottom with floral pattern on breech of barrels and the trigger bow. CONDITION: Barrels retain 80% finish with mirror bores. Action has worn to a silvery patina. Trigger guard and forearm iron are worn to silver. Stock has been completely broken at wrist and repaired (looks to be glued). Forearm has sharp checkering and traces of varnish. Excellent candidate for a total restoration.
