1943 production model 1903-A4 Sniper Rifle with the correct early Weaver 330B scope with etched M73B1 and serial number designations. Rifle has the proper FJA inspected full C-Stock and small Remington inspectors marking forward of trigger guard assembly. Proper mixed finishes of green parkerized finish on barreled receiver and blued finishes on band trigger assembly and butt plate. These rifles are frequently found in as new condition, this example was actually issued and used. CONDITION: Numerous scrapes and bruises are found in the stocks and the metal finishes are worn from actual use. The 2 groove bore is excellent, bright and shiny. The action is smooth and functions properly. These are the real sniper rifles of World War II and most were rebuilt to as new condition. This one is a survivor in its original condition.
