(C) COLT 1902 SPORTING MODEL .38 ACP SEMI-AUTOMATIC PISTOL
Produced in 1903, this pistol features a distinctive round top with serrations located at the front of the slide. Less than 7,00 total 1902 models were produced between 1902-1907 making this example a highly sought after early Colt. All matching serial numbers. The grips are checkered hard rubber. The magazine has patent date of 1884 on the bottom of the floorplate and is correct for the pistol. CONDITION: Very good. The high polished blue finish shows light muzzle wear and handling marks in various locations. The grip straps are starting to thin. The bore is bright and without issue. The grips are free of breaks or chips.
