Commercial DWM Lugers without the American Eagle crest are highly sought after early variations manufactured for the global market. They were sold across Europe and South America. This example features a blank chamber, standard DWM on the toggle. BUG proofs on the underside of the barrel and side of the barrel breech. The pistol has a functioning grip safety. CONDITION: The blued finish has high edge wear to the muzzle and side plate. The grip strap finish is thinning. The checkered walnut grips have wear and flattened diamonds. Some straw color remains on the trigger and takedown lever and safety. The wood base magazine is correctly un-numbered. The bore is bright, with some areas of frost. Mechanically fine.
