Circa 1908 per Madis. The blued round barrel measures 15" with a recut crown. Pinned brass blade front sight and carbine ladder rear. Blued frame with saddle ring and case hardened lever. Plain walnut 7 - 7/8" trapper length carbine forend and carbine stock with case colored butt plate. Includes ATF exemption letter. CONDITION: Very fine. Barrel retains nearly all of its original factory blue as customized with some thinning and handling marks. Forward barrel band has faded to patina. Receiver also retains the vast majority of its bright factory blue with edgewear, light saddle ring wear, and thinning to brown patina on the underside. Lever displays strong case colors on the sides with fading on the working surfaces. Stocks are very good with surface spotting and light handling marks. Nearly all of the reapplied case colors are displayed on the butt plate. Very fine, bright bore with well defined rifling. Fine mechanics.
