Manufactured in German occupied Czechoslovakia. Features include blue finish, hooded blade front sight, tangent rear, red glue laminate stocks, milled mounts, and blued cupped butt plate. Externally visible numbers matching. No visible import markings. Complete with period leather sling. CONDITION: Very fine. Nearly all of the arsenal blue is retained throughout with only mild wear and handling. Stock is clean with some scattered nicks and impressions. Crisp, bright bore. Excellent bolt face, showing little if any use after leaving the factory. Fine mechanics. A very nice example of a Mid-War K98.
