Made by the Marlin Firearms Company made circa 1910. 24" blued full octagon barrel with pedestal bead front sight, fold down notch rear, and Lyman rear tang sight. Case colored action with fully blued tubular magazine. Plain walnut stocks with blued buttplate and nosecap. Forestock has what looks to be a modified scope base attached to left side of wood with 4 screws for unknown purpose. CONDITION: 95% original barrel blue with light edge wear. Buttplate has pitting from sitting in a damp area. 90% original fading case colors with bolt still retaining blue. Tang screws show damage from removal. Excellent bore and mechanics. A great looking gun.
