Blued finished octagon barrel with case colored receiver. Engraved with vignettes of deer in a woodlands scenes with scroll and foliate. Elegantly checkered and carved stocks with a Germanic oak leaf and acorn pattern. Muzzle, chamber, magazine band, and butt plate engraved with small scrolls. Small engravers signature "NK" found in left vignette. CONDITION: Exceptionally fine with brilliant bore. Excellent wood with little handling evident. Mechanically excellent. Retains virtually all custom applied finishes.
