(C) SMITH & WESSON MODEL 66-2 DOUBLE ACTION REVOLVER.

This stainless model was first introduced in 1971 and became an instant success with police departments at a time where most were not allowed the use of a semi automatic. This is built on the round butt K- frame, 3-screw exhibiting a solid rib, red insert front sight on base, adjustable rear sight with S&W medallion checkered walnut grips. CONDITION: Excellent. Shows no real evident face burn, has a light drag line and nominal usual handling marks but appears to have not seen any real use. The grips do exhibit a few minor dings. Mechanically sound with a bright bore.
