With the hammer Model 62 along with the hammerless Model 61 and semi-automatic Model 63, Winchester produced a trio of the finest . 22 rifles ever built. This model features the round barrel, sporting sights, tube magazine, takedown, blue finish with grooved walnut forend and walnut stock with Winchester black composite buttplate. CONDITION: Clean rifling with a fine action. The barrel and tube retain approximately 98% original factory blue finish with just a hint of handling and muzzle wear. The frame retains at least 98% of the bright factory blue finish. Stocks are proud to metal with usual handling marks. From the Mel Hrubetz collection.
