(M) BEAUTIFUL DAKOTA ARMS LITTLE SHARPS SINGLE SHOT .218 BEE RIFLE WITH MVA SCOPE.
Manufactured by Dakota Arms of Sturgis, South Dakota as a petite, miniaturized version of the iconic Sharps 1874 rifle. This example has a matte blued target crowned half octagon barrel with tall blade front sight. A vintage styled 28" MVA scope is also mounted with barrel blocks and includes its thread on lens covers. The scale 1874 style action is attractively case hardened. Wonderfully figured smooth walnut forend with pewter tip. The straight gripped stock is also of fine figure and is mounted with a matte blued steel butt plate. CONDITION: Excellent. Nearly all of the barrel blue is retained with some scattered handling marks. Case colors are rich and bold. Stocks have only scattered light impressions. Mirror bore. Crisp mechanics. Clear optics. A very handsome and handy rifle.
