1980 marked the 300th year of continued business for the Beretta. A limited edition of 300 Model 84 caliber .380 pistols were hand engraved and gold embellished to commemorate this important event. Most were sold in Europe with very few ever making their way to the United States. This example is numbered 33 of 300 and is cased in its original french fitted leather case with spare magazine and cleaning equipment. Highly figured walnut grips with commemorative gold emblem. Scroll and vine engraved with dot punch background on receiver. Gold border inlay on slide panels and top. Gold finished hammer and trigger. CONDITION. As new with no indication of use. Case and accessories are equally new condition. Extremely rare to be found in the United States.
