Egyptian Maadi RML/RPM semi automatic rifle with box. Post 1989 Import Ban gun imported by "PARS INTL. LOU. KY" as marked on the right side of the receiver. Rear left of the receiver is marked "RML SEMI AUTOMATIC RIFLE/CALIBER 7.62x39/MADDI COMPANY/MADE IN EGYPT". Although the rifle is marked RML, it was marketed as an RPM, due to its 20" barrel. Matching serials on the trunnion, dust cover, recoil spring, bolt and carrier. Round, steel barrel with a non threaded muzzle. Open top gas block with post front sight and rear tangent adjustable to 1000 Meters. Factory black paint finish on the metal components. Laminate wood thumbhole stock and hand guard with palm swell. Metal trapdoor butt plate with cleaning kit inside. Incudes one factory five round magazine, manual, original green web sling and the original serial matching cardboard box. CONDITON: Metal retains 95% of its original black finish with a few scuffs and scratches, with the most being on the dust cover. Furniture is excellent as well. Bore is shiny with crisp rifling. Mechanically excellent. Looks to be unfired from the factory. Accessories are excellent as well. Box and outer box have holes in center, but are otherwise fine. JWA
