(M) FRENCH MAS F.R.F2 BOLT ACTION SNIPER RIFLE WITH SCOPE.
Based on the MAS 36 action, the MAS FR F2 has served as France's primary sniper rifle since 1986. This Navy Arms imported example is fitted with the standard 24" barrel chambered in 7.62 NATO with flash hider, black polymer barrel shroud with integral iron sights, and folding aluminum bipod. Strengthened bolt action correctly marked on the left with pertinent information. Action is mounted with a new production SCROME J8 F1 scope on quick detach mount. Pistol grip style stock with cheek riser, adjustable sections added for length and a ribbed composite butt plate. Includes green woven sling. CONDITION: Very good, showing expected military use. The vast majority of the arsenal finishes are retained with some thinning, wear and rubs. Stock is consistent with some moderate scuffs and impressions. Very good, bright bore with well defined rifling. Fine mechanics. Clear optics.
