DLO registered sideplate Model 1919A4 Browning air-cooled machine gun using Israeli marked parts. Marked as “MAN’FD by DLO” above SAGANAW STEERING GEAR DIV GENERAL MOTORS CORPORATION” on right sideplate. Bolt is marked “7.62”. Currently in 8mm Mauser with appropriate cartridge spacers in feedway and “8mm” marked muzzle. Handgrip is all metal type with spring retaining clip recess at the base. Accessories include a spare 8 mm Mauser barrel in canvas carrier, lever-type linking machine, 1919A6 shoulder extension, carrying handle, bipod, flash hider, 1919A6 barrel in .30-06, Israeli .308 muzzle, and muzzle removal tool. No tripod present. Three cans of approximately 200 each metallic linked (Cyrillic PPU) Berdan primed 1980 vintage ammunition is included. One sealed case of 480 rounds of linked U.S. .30-06 M2 ammunition. One original case of 7,500 original U.S. "Cal 30 M1" links and two cardboard boxes of 2000 each Israel 7.62 links which are the most desirable due to their versatility for use in multiple calibers. CONDITION: Overall finish and appearance is near excellent green parkerized refinish upon remanufacture. Bore is extremely fine with strong shiny rifling. Spare 8mm barrel near excellent, shiny, and bright, as is 1919A6 barrel. Bolt face is extremely fine. This is a full-auto only machine gun. The Browning machine gun is a mainstay of the Class III shooting community with abundant spare parts available and convertible to multiple calibers.
