S&H Arms registered Heckler & Koch auto sear in 3-position (pictograph) handgrip in H&K host gun with “IM” date code on top of receiver. Horizontal forend with telescoping stock. Five original 32-round curved magazines are included with this lot as well as a spare handguard, carrying bag, and four Beta-C magazines in their original carriers. An Aimpoint scope with flip-up covers is professionally mounted to the top of this gun, and an AWC CQB 9mm Silencer is also fitted. Electronic NFA registry indicates “S AND H ARMS INC OF OKLAHOMA” in the manufacturer’s block. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is near excellent hard coat finish. Composite furnishings are near excellent. Scope is operational and clear. A bit of red paint has been added to the rotating switch to clarify when the scope is on or off (great idea!). Bore is near excellent shiny and bright. Bolt near excellent. Mechanics are crisp. This is a select fire machine gun. These H&K auto sears are exceptionally popular today due to their capability to be moved from host gun to host gun. This ensemble with scope, silencer, and multiple magazines it just fabulous. Just like one might see in a big-budget action film with top-line stars! THIS LOT CONTAINS TWO NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEMS THAT REQUIRE BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. EVEN THOUGH SILENCER TRANSFERS NO LONGER INCUR A TRANSFER TAX THEY STILL HAVE THE SAME PROCESSING REQUIREMENTS. THESE TWO ITEMS ARE FULLY TRANSFERABLE ON AN ATF FORMS 3 OR 4. THE SILENCER WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE TRANSFER FORM IF TRANSFERRED ON A FORM 4. JWK 2026-09-138.
