This is a registered Fleming auto-sear in a pinned three-position, “S, E, F” trigger frame. The registration number is on the front of the sear itself. The host gun is an Any Other Weapon configuration Zenith Firearms Z-5K (copy of an MP-5) with a pinned-on folding shoulder stock. This host gun is registered as a separate Any Other Weapon National Firearms Act weapon. This will allow the removal of this auto-sear from this host and still be in compliance with federal law. The versatility of moving registered auto sears from different host guns of different configurations and calibers is very attractive. This host gun features a tri-lug barrel vertical foregrip, and mounting rail on the top of the receiver. This gun’s configuration makes it able to be incredibly compact yet, with the stock extended, quite controllable. No magazine present. NFA registry indicates “FLEMING, WILLIAM DBA FLEMING FIREARMS” in the manufacturer’s block. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is extremely fine to near excellent blue and black hard coat original finish on metal parts. Composite furnishings are near excellent. Bore is near excellent, shiny and bright. Bolt face is extremely fine. Mechanics are crisp. This is a select-fire machine gun. THESE ARE TWO REGISTERED NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEMS AND EACH REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THESE ITEMA ARE FULLY TRANSFERABLE ON AN ATF FORMS 3 OR 4. JWK 2026-05-029.
