CONDITION: (A) The Graf High Grade Cigar cutter with clockwork mechanism and cast iron base, showing areas of plating loss, oxidation, and some surface rust. Operational. Good condition. (B) Hoffman House Cigar Cutter with cast iron base, inset paint, showing areas of oxidation, areas of light surface rust, and a weak spring for cutting. Fair condition.
