ADOLPH COORS BREWING CO. COORS GOLDEN BEER PORCELAIN CORNER SIGN

Pre-Prohibition, c. early 1900s. Adolph Coors Brewing Co., Golden, Colorado. Coors Golden Beer porcelain corner sign. Extremely rare and difficult-to-find sign. One of the better ones known to exist. Incredible bright blue colors with red and white. Manufactured by Burdick Sign Co., Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, marked on bottom edge, an unusual version of the manufacturer's mark. CONDITION: A clean and solid example. Has some general outdoor wear, primarily around mounting holes and along edges. Some very pinpoint minor chips, some wear to upper-right corner and bottom edge. Has a couple spots of touch-up to cover small marks in bottom-right corner, above the "O" in "Gold", and some along outer edges. Displays beautifully.
