Last quarter 18th century. Unfullered American manufactured slightly curved blade. Brass 6-slot guard and solid brass fluted grip with engraved lion pommel. Complete with its original tooled black leather scabbard with brass mounts. CONDITION: Blade retains a grey patina. Brass retains a light mustard patina. Scabbard shows crazing and losses to surface. Brass polished. A very scarce sword rarely found with a scabbard.
