This is a penny weighing scale with fortune by the American Scale Company out of Johnstown, Pennsylvania. The construction is of porcelain top with painted sides and a porcelain base. The scale is missing its back door and is currently inoperative. The sides of the scale are tin and have been repainted and lettering has been added.
This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made.
