Jones Ball & Poor, circa 1852. Pear-shaped body chased with floral and scroll borders around two vignettes; one of a fire scene and the other of a pumper. The center reserve engraved with a presentation to "E. P. Carpenter, foreman of the Cocasset Engine Company No.1" and dated "Foxboro [Massachusetts] January 2nd 1852". The handle chased as a branch with leaves and a rose thumb piece. Height: 11-1/4". From the Ray Bentley Collection.
