Kit No. 449-150 in the original box, "Frightening Lightning Strikes Glow in the Dark" version, marked "1969 Aurora Plastics". Depicts Frankenstein walking on front of box. Instructions are present, pieces are off trees but appears complete. Box has some spots of wear and edge wear around box.
