SSP. SSP. A collection of 2 C. 1930s Prestone Anti-Freeze "You Are Safe... And You Know It" thermometer signs. CONDITION: (A) The sign has good color and gloss throughout. There are minor areas of surface staining and porcelain loss on the inner and outer fields, as well as at the top and bottom hanging holes. The thermometer is complete with an original bulb and wooden cradle. The thermometer is not keeping an accurate temperature (8.0). (B) The sign has strong color and gloss. There are areas of rust staining and porcelain loss at the base of the piece. The piece is complete with an original thermometer bulb and wooden cradle. The thermometer is not keeping an accurate temperature (8.25).
