Deactivated Beretta Model 38 sub-machine gun. These guns were treasured by Allied and Axis troops alike. Used extensively by Italian Naval troops as well as paratroops and the Black Brigade. This example was torch cut at the center of the receiver and skillfully rewelded with out the bolt assembly. This has been done so that it can not be reactivated. The wood stocks are very fine and all trigger assembly is present and intact. The fluted 9mm barrel is very fine and the gun is complete with one original 32 round magazine. The gun is very aesthetically pleasing and is ideal for a World War II display of either German or Italian World War II items.
