DSW. C. 1880's Democratic Headquarters double sided wood sign with original wood frame. CONDITION: Side 1, Sign has good color throughout with areas of surface staining and outstanding crackled paint throughout the piece. Sign has a handful of minor touch ups, mostly confined to the white background. The frame shows significant paint loss throughout (8.0). Side 2, has an outstanding crackled paint throughout and retains more of the original red shadowing on the lettering. Sign has significant paint loss on the outer field, as well as paint drips throughout the inner and outer fields. The outer edge also has significant paint loss throughout (7.5).
This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made.
