Late 19th Century. One large figure in the front. All hand-painted. It has two tin litho American flags. The flag pole is held by large figure. There are two smaller horses with riders on the rear of the platform. It shows heart-shaped wheels, possibly Althoff Bergmann. A significant paint loss to the platform and front figure. The back two figures and horses have a little more original paint.

Condition: (Very Good).
