14K gold. Presented in 1901 by the members of Engine 106. Unusual enamel work and banner were used for this badge. Presented to John Maguire, November 1901. Part of the catch is missing, otherwise very fine. Note: Foreman is an unusual rank for 1901. FDNY had changed from Foreman to Captain several decades earlier. Includes one small clean diamond. 15.8 dwt. From the Ray Bentley Collection.
