This lot consists of a strong, full on frontal portrait of a young President Roosevelt. This young Roosevelt, has his body situated in a ¾ view, while he looks head on to the viewer. He dons a suit with a high color and red tie with what appears to be a pearl as a tie tack. On the lower right of the piece is what appears to be the initials of the artist along with other writing. The painting is framed in a large golden colored wooden frame that is ornately carved. The piece was not examined out of the frame and displays normal wear.
Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
