C. 1800s. A lovely French porcelain-mounted brass casket box featuring an oval shape embellished with hand-painted porcelain medallions featuring figural and scenic landscapes. The casket opens to reveal a fitted interior featuring two scent bottles with sun-shaped decorative lids, each with a similar hand-painted scenic medallion. The box is lined with brown and cream fabric interior. The perfume caddy stands on an ornate frame with four feet and has similar decorative designs all along the brass box. All in stunning condition. 6 - 1/2" x 4" x 3 - 1/2".
