GLAIVE HEAD WITH MYTHOLOGICAL ETCHINGS.
Measures approximately 19" long and 4" wide with serrated edge, etched throughout its length. The left side of with a standing figure of Judith holding the head of Holofernes in her left hand, her right holding a falchion. Right side has a striding warrior, probably Mars, all on a blackened punctuate ground. CONDITION: Very good with typical age related patina throughout.
