DSP. Each Sign is Maker Marked Everbrite, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Complete C. 1930's Porcelain Bar & Shield Neon Sign for Harley Davidson Motorcycles in "As Found" condition showing original dirt and staining remnants on each side and mounted on its original can. Signs have never been cleaned and shows original mounting hole stain markings with an outstanding age & patina throughout. This piece was original from a Harley Davidson Dealership in Racine, Wisconsin and the only thing that has been changed since it was found is a new transformer, neon and cord was installed giving the piece an outstanding display. CONDITION: Side one is in excellent as found condition showing no chipping in the field with clean lettering. Sign shows areas of staining throughout the field and appears that most would clean if desired although the original patina it currently displays is outstanding. The outer edge shows only one light nick at the lower left and overall side one displays excellent, Grade 8.0. Side two also shows shows "As Found" dirt remnants and staining throughout the field but is free of any chipping. Side two shows its original hardware with dirt markings surrounding as well as some stain spotting in the white porcelain. Side two shows very minimal wear along the outer edge with just two small nicks at the lower edge, Grade 8.0. Sign is mounted on its original sheet metal can showing its original iron hangers as well and is free of any notable damage and displays excellent. Sign shows freshly added neon along the outer edge in Harley Davidson orange and displays outstandingly well. An excellent displaying piece in original condition that rarely becomes available for sale.
