One of the titans of the Heddon Factory Board Baits, it’s been nearly 20 years since this iconic lure was last on the market. Clearly designed to potentially compete with Missouri’s Barberpole baits, the front section is made from a Heddon Moonlight Night Radiant body, flattened on the bottom and with two belly weights. The line tie and tail eye are brass, and the front prop is nickel-plated and unstamped. Both glass eyes are flawless. The tail section is designed to rotate on axis, driven by the Charmer-style bowtie prop, causing the red stripe to spin and appear in motion. The hooks are clean, adding to its overall Very Good Plus condition. This bait is easily findable in the pictures of The Heddon Board that have been posted online over the years. Adding such an important piece to your collection will be a very proud moment!
