Historically significant over-sized porcelain sign for the Hotel Ventura. Built in 1926 at 487 E. Main St. in Ventura, CA, the Hotel Ventura (often called the Ventura Inn) was a premier 93-room, Spanish-style landmark constructed by Gus Berg. It served as a luxurious hub for oil barons and movie stars during the 1920s oil boom, featuring the city’s second elevator. CONDITION: Mounted in a custom oak frame, showing great color and shine. Edge wear and chipping to the top and bottom edges mostly at the mounting holes. No interior damage to the main advertising field.

This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made.
