Rubber blow-up kite has Japanese writing on all wings and shows Ultraman flying. Marked "Tanaka." Ultraman has vinyl head, the rest is blow-up vinyl. It is filled up with air in the back of the neck and would have a string that comes out over his left shoulder. Some wear, but might clean to a better grade.
