This is on a moveable base. The polar bear has been mounted to show in hunting position standing on what looks like snow packed iceberg. There is one small tear in fur on back right leg and has a plate that reads "Polar Bear James C. Cacavio March 1969 Point Harrow, Alaska Mounted by Eastern Wildlife Studios Route 31 Clinton, New Jersey.
This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made.
