American. Working. Car has very little wear and original rubber ears are present, missing just a small portion of the left ear. Beautiful, bright, glossy litho. Includes hard-to-find original box with cardboard insert piece. Nice color depiction of Artie in clown car. Box has just minor creasing and two missing inner flaps; otherwise, crisp overall.
Condition: Car (Near Mint) Box (Excellent).
