Japanese. Made by Nomura. Battery-operated and working. Includes original box. Toy has some minor wear where the battery door opens/closes, small nicks on right foot, and on/off switch is sensitive. Box is missing some paper litho on top left hand corner, several creases, professional rear repair to three corners and center of box, a small area of paper litho missing on one end flap, and box bottom has been reinforced. Toy (Excellent - Near Mint) Box (Very Good).
