Japanese. Working. Tin arm and head version; when in operation, head bobs on spring. Beautifully lithographed Disney characters around sides of car include Pluto, Goofy, Minnie, Mickey, and Donald. Car has very little to no wear. Includes original box with beautiful color lithography. Box is marked "Walt Disney Productions" and has just minor tearing and creasing. Toy (Excellent - Near Mint) Box (Very Good - Excellent).
