AKA Pug Robbie. Blue variation with spinning ears. Made in Japan by Numera. Has box. Toy has repainted chest plate. Some oxidation on the front skirt and the front of one foot. Has a hairline to one side. Screw is missing to the back tab and tab has a small chip missing one small ding to the back and a replaced remote. Box is a box top only. It is the graphic box variation. Has some corner wear. One hand is present but detached. Toy (Good - Very Good). Box (Excellent).
